  • Voice Mail Notification bug?

    We are using version 9.2, build 14.41.1108.0. When I go into Call Manager options, click on Voice Mail, set my delivery option to "Email notification", fill in my email address, and click on "OK", I get en error that says:


    "You have to provide a valid email address for email notification to work"

    I am typing in a valid email address, and a little research shows that Call Manager does not like the hyphen, which is a valid character. Anyone else run into this? Has it been resolved in newer versions?

    Call Manager is overly restrictive when validating email addresses. I have worked around this thusfar by entering it in Director instead.

      This was a known bug that got fixed in a later build of 9.2 if I remember correctly.
