  • Activity Reports on Auto Attendant Extensions

    With our larger offices that have actual operators its easy to run a User Detail Report against the extension and get a look at how many calls are coming in.

    But we have several offices that use a simple auto attendant to handles incoming calls. We have tried a few different things to try and get some reports but it doesn't seem like we can anything come back.

    Does anyone know if you can do reporting on auto attendants?

    The CDR data does not contain the information needed to report on calls to AAs. When our customers have wanted to report on AAs, we've needed to write a service which monitors for activity and records it in a separate database.
