  • How do we view all voice boxes?

    Version 9.2 Build 14.41.1108.0
Following this path to view voice boxes
    Maintenance -> Voice Mail Servers
Select any of the Voice Mail Servers and page only displays the first 51 voice boxes.
I donít see any choices to display other than the first 51.

Anyone have any idea how to view the remaining voice boxes?
    Thanks

If you don't see what I see, what version are you running?

      10.1

      I am on 10.1

My screen displays similar to what you describe.

I have never noticed that before. Strange.

I am on 7.5 so I don't even have that feature.

Yea, I think it just displayed the top 50 space hoggers.

I think 8.0 is the first version to have that feature.

Thanks, I guess I'll have to call Shoretel and get in line. I'll report back what I learn.

              Spoke with ShoreTel support.

Being able to only View the top 50 spaces users is by design. They will consider being able to view any user mail box as a feature enhancement which may show up in a future release.

              Thanks to all who replied.

If anyone from ShoreTel is listening, I second this request.

It is not as easy as clicking a link, but you can get all the information you want / need about any mailbox using the cfg application on the Director server. It is command line but useful when needed.

I'd also like to view mailbox info for more than 50.

However, the cfg command mentioned by jmccumber is pretty great. I'm sure most can figure it out on their own, but the cfg command is typically in
X:\Program Files\Shoreline Communications\ShoreWare Server (where x: is the directory of the ShoreTel install). Run it from a command prompt by typing "C:\Program Files\Shoreline Communications\ShoreWare Server\cfg.exe" at a command prompt. It will return a prompt like this: /*Local*//->

                      Enter "?" for help.

To open a mailbox, type "openm 1234" where 1234 is the extension number of the mailbox.

                      To view mailbox information, type

                      lmbox (that's an L)
