    We are currently using the ShoreTel build 12.5.9303.0 (version 7). I wanted to know if it is possible to export & import all voice data, when we upgrade the system to version 10.1. Anybody have any ideas, as we plan on completing this upgrade by the end of July???

    This will be a two step upgrade. From 7 to 8.1 and then from 8.1 to 10.1.
