  • Remote Installs of Call Manager, Contact Center, etc

    Having a heck of a time getting remote install setup for the latest versions of my software after an upgrade.

    Previously my partner had provided me with an MSI for the Call Manager, but did not this time. The MSi for the contact center is looking for the data.cab in a strange place (not where it should I think).

    Anyway... lots o' issues here, with not much resolution in sight. Any suggestions?

    Partners are able to download the .msi packages from ShoreTel's partner web site. I would lean on them for it. The Call manager (not agent tool bar) can also be found on the public side of the site I believe.
