"You are being forwarded to a SHORETEL voicemail system"

There got to be a way to stop the system from anouncing that the caller is being "forwared to a *Shoretel* voicemail system". Is there???

Unfortunately, the only way to get rid of that is to record a whole greeting there. It only plays that message if the user only records their name announcement and nothing else.
