  • Busy Hour Call Completion

    It looks like ShoreTel has revised their server requirements for release 9 and above. See ST-10258 dated April 13, 2010. One of the specs for server size is based on the systems BHCC (Busy Hour Call Completion). On our old legecy system I was able to pull a report for this and view a chart showing the busiest hours in a certain time period. I'm having difficulty finding something equivilent to this with ShoreTel. Hopefully such a report exists and I'm just blind to it. Thanks
