  • Workgroup agent transfers stopped

    We've been having a problem on Shoretel 9.2 where incoming calls will simply not show up in the workgroup queue and instead rollover to the backup extension.

    This correlates to the following Event Viewer log:
    Faulting application WorkgroupServer.exe, version 14.41.4603.0, faulting module CELibrary.dll, version 14.41.4603.0, fault address 0x00011398.

    Trying to restart the ShoreWare Workgroup Server service fails to restart. Restarting the server machine remedies the problem but the issue starts to happen again after a few hours.
