  • Anyone seen this error message before?

    Event ID 156
    Switch ATL T-1: DSP dsp dma seq error oldseq=16946 newseq=57495 cnt=57495 hpiseq=16946 dsp=0 intcnt=299715799 error_cnt=0
    - 100 utilization

    PRI connected to T-1 switch. Running 6.1 11.15.3601
    Rebooting T-1 switch seemed to clear it. System has been running for 2 months without issues.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    That error is indicating that the DSP (Digital Signaling Processor) is running at 100%, usually a reboot clears the issue, but if it continues to happen, contact ShoreTel TAC.

      Turns out the T1 switch was shooting craps. Ended up RMA'ing it back after getting a loaner from a local partner.
