  • Changing the on-hours schedule?

    What methods are available for changing the on-hours schedule? I need an easy way to change this and possible without going into the shoreware director. Can we use a script to change the schedule and then have the script on the call manager tool bar? What would be cool is have the script also change the receptionist call handling mode also to be a visual indicator so if we monitor that extension we can tell we should be using a different on-hours schedule.

    In theory you "Could" have a script modify the shoreware.mdb file. The Scheduls and ScheduledItems specifically. However, I have to wonder why you need to change the schedule on the fly.
