  • T1 Boot Assistance! Cant load File...

    Hello,

    Can anyone tell me the correct path on my Director server for the sg T1 to boot from?? I hope I have the rest of the info correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    boot failure

    It appears you are just failing to get DHCP but already have a good address. Why don't you try and turn off DHCP, Flag 0x0, and see if it can boot without the need for a new address. Even with a cache address though it should boot. Another choice might be to set it back to the default by resetting the switch and starting over

      I have never gotten the reset to work. Has anyone reset the switch via the reset button???

        I have, it just always seems to need to be pressed harder and held longer that I think it should. (I think the manual claims 5 seconds and it is never that quick)

          Do you have another working T1? And is this an old T1 or a T1K? If it is a T1K I will look it up on one of my running boxes for you.
