  • Blind Transfer: Operation not completed by switch

    One of our users started exeperiencing an error msg, in PCM, as follows;

    "Blind transfer: The operation was not completed by the switch in the time allowed"

    The call transfers successfully, but this message appears.
    Just one user, no one else.

    I'm concerned it may be a symptom of something else potentially going wrong.

    Anyone ever seen this message?

    We had this issue a while back. We either upgraded to the latest release and it went away, or I simply un-installed the client and then re-installed and went away. In all cases, despite the error message, the call appeared to have transferred correctly, so I think this is just a fluke message.
