  • unable to activate intercom feature

    Hello, we have recently purchased some IP230 phones and would like to use the intercom feature. When I go into the class of service in shoreware director, I select the allow initiation box and the all radio button. When I click save, I get the error message '0' is not a valid North America number. So, I am unable to save the page to make the configuration work. Any help would be appreciated.

    What happens if you create a new Telephony Features Permissions COS (don't copy), and try setting up Directed Intercom for that..? Sounds like there is something else on the page that it is complaining about, one of the restrictions or permissions maybe..?
