  • Unable to generate registration key

    When attempting to register a new ShoreWare Director, and after entering the required 'Contact Information', there is no 'Save' button on that page. Because we cannot save that information, we cannot register and request a system key.

    It seems that this is an IIS or Web Server issue(?). This new system is Version 10, Build 15.6.6206.0. Any input is appreciated, and thanks.

    Are their DCOM errors in the system event log?
