  • workgroup Reporting not working properly?

    I have calls at each location going into a location specific work group with a on site hunt group as the back up extension. From there the call is forwarded to a location specific AA and if the caller does nothing the call if forwarded to our call center work group. This all seems to work great, the problem is when the call center super tries to run a report on her work group it shows up as having no calls. When I had all calls going to location specific AA's and then to the call center the reporting worked fine but I had no back up if the remote lost connection to the server. It is like after the call is handed off to the AA the system can't track it anymore. Any Ideas?
