    We are also running 9.1 and anytime you add them to a hunt group and try to pick it up the call just drops when answered, it does ring though. I know you have posted your sip_allusers and sip_username, would I be able to have a look at those for the site where you have them working in Hunt groups or is it the same as what you posted? I have a feeling I am missing something in the cfg files.

    We have them in hunt gorups with out any special code and they seem to work just fine. The implementation is on 9.1 software.

    I did notice in the ShoreTel- Spectralink 8020/8030 guide that they were tested and do work as a workgroup ext but I cannot find any documentation on how to make it work, I know I'm missing something. Anyone...?

    Spectralink phone in workgroup

    Has anyone sucessfully got a Spectralink 8020 to work in a Workgroup or Hunt Group. I have been able to add it into the workgroup, it will ring when the hunt/work group is dialed however when you try and pick up the call it just gives dialtone.
