  • Unable to get WAV file sent to Outlook

    Hello -

    Just upgraded to version 9.2 from 7.5. Now WAV attachments do not work for us anymore. No user is able to get a WAV attachment sent to their email whenever they receive a voice mail message anymore. Here's what we are running.

    Exchange 2003
    Shoretel 9.2
    Outlook 2007

    Looked at the 9.2 Admin Guide and it stated that we should have a link under the Personal Options tab called "Voicemail Delivery and Notifications". We do not have this. We only have "Escalation Profiles and other mailbox options". Inputting the email address and specifying "Attach WAV File" in this link did nothing for us.

    Please let me know if anyone has a clue as to what's going on. It's a pretty important feature for us.

    Never mind.. I'm an idiot. I figured out what's going on. Thanks for the help.
