  • Rooms Not Accepting

    With Calendar Integration installed, when trying to schedule a meeting room, the room doesnt autoaccept and add the event to the calendar. With Calendar integration uninstalled, the resource (meeting room) responds with autoaccepted time, and adds to the calendar. Anyone experincing this issue?

    Outlook 2007
    Exchange 2010

        Have you opened a ticket with your partner or TAC?
        This sounds like something ShoreTel needs to address.
