  • No history file

    I have a user who's Call Manager isn't collecting the history.

    Other then that, the Call Manager seems to work fine for everything and everyone else.

    I have done an uninstall/reinstall

    I have tried to create the history file.txt and hirstory.cml but call mgr won't update the files.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    I should add the client is 9.2

      Does your user have rights to create and update C:\Documents and Settings\bmiller\Application Data\ShoreWare Client\miersk\history.xml

        how can i verify this? my client is running windows 7 32bit and shoretel 10.2

        i know windows 7 isnt fully supported yet, but there are like 30 users who have call manager working fine except for 1 user. and yes everyone is using windows 7

          for windows 7, the path to the history.xml file should be
          C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\ShoreWare Client\%Shoretel system id%
          You can check a user's permissions by right clicking on the history.xml file, selecting Properties, then clicking on the Security tab.
