  • Video Setup

    Hi I'm trying to setup video on call manager build 9.2. Does video across a WAN work?

    I have 8 offices all connected through an MPLS network and each site has a Shoregear switch onsite.

    As a test case, in director I've enabled video for both users and when we open video options we can see ourselves on our respective cameras so the software sees our cameras. However when I place a call to the other user add video is grayed out.

    Please Advise!

    Intersite video is allowed or denied in the users class of service --> telephony features. i would check and make sure your rights are correct.
