  • Calls directed to voice mail not displaying properly in Call History

    Since our upgrade to version 9.2, calls that have been routed to a user's voice mail have been displaying in Call History as either:

    1) ??<voice mail extension>, <phone number with area code>, or
    2) <voice mail extension>, <phone number with area code>

    This seems to happen only with calls being routed to a different extension (whether through internal transfer or going to voice mail). As well, only the phone number displays, regardless of if the phone number matches up with a contact in your call history or not.

    If anyone could point me in the right direction of settings to check on our system for this, I'd appreciate it - thanks in advance! :helpsmilie:
