  • Record Call Option

    I was wondering if anyone knows how to enable/setup the Record Calls option for a user? I have the user in the Executives User Group, which allows the option to have Own Calls Recorded. I cannot right click, press CTRL+E or hit the programmed button on the phone during an active call (external or internal) to try to record the call. Is there something that needs to be setup on the server or am I looking in the wrong place?

    You want to record your own calls or another extension??

      I just add a record button to your phone or pcm toolbar (personal options). It will only record trunk calls, not internal.

        Thanks for the quick response. I was trying only internal calls. Record works perfect for the external calls. Thanks again.

          You can not record internal calls. Only records on trunks.
