  • Cell phones based shoretel workgroup

    We wrote an article on how to setup a cell phones based shoretel workgroup. Our internal after hours support line(8 agents) is configured this way as well as numerous customers. Basically a configuration that allows callers to wait in queue while cell phones are called until someone picks up, all transparent to the caller. Good after hours solution to met SLAs.

    Thanks for the article! We have been looking at this for sometime and have never come up with a way that works like this. I never thought of having a separate user for the cell phones. Thanks!
