This is a multi-site setup. Site A has a PRI and Site B has a PRI. When someone at Site B makes a call, long distance or local it completes properly and same goes for Site A.

When I give someone at Site A access to only Site B's trunks they can make a local and long distance call however they cannot dial a long distance call to their local area code. Due to overlays some of the local area code also has long distance overlays in it. I have tried ShoreTel support but they weren't able to shed any light on this. I have played around with the trunk group settings, removing leading 1, changed around prefix lists etc etc.

Customer would like some user's from Site A to dial out Site B's trunks and in this case I am not able to make that happen yet. Has anyone ever run into this?
