  • Auto Attendent not picking up after hours

    Have a new account that I have DNIS mapped to a hunt group that rings 3 phones. That works. I have that hunt group set up to use On hours Schedule as On-Hours.
    I have selected Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm as my hours. Problem is, Greeting does not come on after 5:00 pm. Anyone have any ideas??

    Is the AA set up as the off-hours and backup location for the Hunt Group?

    Does the AA reside on an HQ server or a V switch.

    What version and Build of ShoreTel are you running?

      I rebooted the switch and everything worked fine.
