    I did not look extensively, but I do not think this is stored in the database. I believe it is only stored in the switch, One way to confirm this would be to busy out a huntgroup, shut down the switch, shut down the server, then bring both back up and see if the hunt group is still busied out.

  • Hunt Group status location in shoreware database

    Hi all. We're new to the ShoreTel system. Its been working great so far. I need a way to see a Hunt Group current status (busy/not busy) in the database. I know how to view the status in the ShorewareDirector (by going into the quicklook page for the switch), but where is that information stored in the database?
