  • Agent Monitor in PCM 8.1

    Does anybody know of a way to make agent monitor in 8.1, behave like agent monitor in 7.5? The problem i am having is that when sorting by call state, you have to manually keep sorting it in order to see the connected calls. In previous releases, the calls would automatically sort themselves, active calls would be at the top, and idle agents would fall off to the bottom. The inability to do this is driving the president of my company crazy. Why would Shoretel change the way this fuctions?
