  • ShoreTel 9.2 Error(s)

    We've been having a problem or two with 9.2 (DCOM error, permission related, was able to resolve) Could use a little help on an error in the Event log and TMSMain log.

    08:25:24.862 ( 2568: 5376) [TMS] .\Ncc1stPartyEvent.cpp(2517) : Assertion failed: !"NccDtcpMsgLegInfo\t: Leg Info reason is NULL"

    Any ideas?

    We think we have it solved. There were multiple TAPI entries, either from upgrades or repairs. Not really sure, removed none the less.

    FYI
    We believe this was also causing the Server Not Available problem as well, as per ShoreTel and our provider NORTEC.

          Do you mean there were multiple "ShoreTel" TAPI entries? I'm looking at a list of 4 different TAPI entries, in addition to ShoreTel - but only 1 for ShoreTel.

            Yes, I "had" multiple ShoreTel entries.
