  • WebClient doesn't work with Active Directory

    When using ShoreTel's Active Directory feature, you can't log into the ShoreWareWebClient.

    Is there a fix for this?

    The TAC was able to provide us with updated webclient files that fix this issue. Remember that users will need to log in with domain\username.
