  • Breaking calls

    I have 3 systems where users are complaining about the caller cutting in and out. These systems are very simular. Here are some facts.
    All have less than 30 users. All are using a PRI from Cavalier. 2 of the 3 share Ethernet connection for phone and PC. It seems to be unidirectional (other person can here fine) Starts shortly into the call, may last for a while and then may go away. It is intermittant but maintains a steady rhythm (half second in, half second out for several seconds at a time). Any ideas? Thanks

    what version are you on and did you just do an upgrade, at first glance it sounds like your codecs.
