  • Hunt Group Caller ID

    Having a bit of an issue with a hunt group where the callers name is not appearing, only the number aapears for hunt group agents.

    Currently setup with DNIS routing to a route point, during on hours the route point sends the call to the Hunt group, the agents get the proper DNIS info and caller ID but the name is not passed through. I have tested that normal calls into the site get the name and number calling. I am not sure if one of the legs of the call is possibly stripping the caller's name? Has anyone ever seen this before?

    Solved. FYI a route point will not pass the Callers name only the number and DNIS info if needed.
