  • Event Viewer Logs

    Hello,
I'm hoping someone can shed some light on an event that's filling our logs.
    Version 8.0, build 13.9.9403.0 on Win2003 SP2.

    Source:Shoreware
Time: (about 10 events a minute)
    Category: TMS
    Type:Information
    Event ID: 246

The Telephony Management Server has logged an informational debug message. The debug message contents are:

S:\TMS\NCC\NccTsp\Ncc1stPartyEvent.cpp(973) : Assertion failed: !"NccDtcpMsgCallRelation: Unknown related call id ... ignoring"

  • #2
I found this on a list of defects that were corrected. It's not exactly the same, but it's close (I bolded what's similair). Not sure if it's related.

    1-21719129
ShoreWare server may generate hundreds of TMS Event ID 246 messages "Assertion failed: !"NccProcessButtonEvent: unknown button it”.

I remember having that problem a long time ago when we were running 8.0. It went away with one of the upgrades to a newer build.
