  • Tracking Attendance?

I am trying to think of a way to track attendance with the ShoreTel phone system. Was hoping to hear some input from this community on what possibilities there are.

I was not sure if there was a report based on login / logout status if configured for Any Phone. Is there such a report?

The User Activity Summary Report seems to be an option, but does this report also show users who have not made any calls? I have seen entries with Inbound Calls with a Qty of 1, but with no duration. Does anyone know what flags the Qty increment up for this report?

    Any ideas / input?

Workgroups log in/out times are recorded in CDR. We kinda need more information about the situation before we can recommend a way.

IIRC, user reports should show calls which rang a user's phone but the user did not answer. In this case, the talk time would be 0. Perhaps you could track calls that are outbound or that have a talk time > 0.
