Has anyone found any training documents for the end user administrators. We are trying to put together a training booklet that will walk the customer thru administrating their system; everything from adding a user to adding a indv trunk to a tk group or creating an analog extension and wiring it off the block.

Hear your pain
That is something that needs to be addressed. You can let the EU have access to the admin course. That is the only recourse I see.
When I took the I&M course, they didn't do squat for letting us learn that either.
Hopefully with all of the new found IPO money they will develop something like that.
Have posted several times to see if anyone has done this in house.

How does the customer get access to the LMS, they are paying us for admin training and us as partners should have access to training documents, so we can go out and train customers; that way the training would be a standard format. Training are customers properly will benefit ShoreTel as well as the partners, because the happier the customers are and the more confident they are to administer their own systems the more business we all will get.

I don't have any training curriculem, I just sit down with the administrator and show them the basics, up to the level that I feel comfortable with them knowing. If the business owner is the Admin, then it's Add/Move/Changes type of things. If the Admin is an IT person, I go deeper.

I suspect Chris is referring to the Power User program...http://www.shoretel.com/partners/power_user/
Free to join and free web based admin training. I don't know anyone who has participated yet but I would be interested to hear feedback on the content.

No, any end user can sign up for LMS (learning management system) at http://www.shoretel.com/training. Once in LMS, there are a number of free self-based training classes including the recently added Director self-based training. They can also sign up for any of the paid classes.
