565 software version

I just purchased a 565 IP phone and added it to my system. We are on build 12.5.8901.0. The system identifies the phone as an IP 210 phone and the phone sits at "requesting service". I cannot find the necessary .txt file for this S6C phone and I am wondering if I need a later version of the Shoretel software in order to use a 565?

Reread your Post. You are on ShoreTel 7. 565 not supported until 7.5.
