  • 9.1 Call Manager contacts - not all numbers imported

We just upgraded to 9.1 on Friday. It seems that in call manager now, it does not import the additional phone numbers for a contact. For example in my outlook for my boss, I have 2 mobile numbers, her home number and the main number. In Call Manager, only her extension and DID show up.

I cannot seem to find anything in Options about this, anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this please?

Do you have a black triangle by their name? The new versions make you expand this to show all of the phone numbers.
