  • Outlook 2007\Call Manager not sending VM. VM gets stuck in Office 2007 Outbox

    When user sends a reply voicemail through her PC(via Call Manager), the voicemail remains in the the MS Office Outbox. It does not get sent. Normal email messages continue to be sent just fine.

    Employee system is a Dell laptop, Windows XP w\sp3, and Outlook 2007 w\SP2 and ST Personal Call Manager.

    Anyone see this before and who do we resolve this?

    this has been a known bug going WAY back.

    our testing indicated that the message actually DID send, it just ALSO gets stuck in the outbox. I know it sounds crazy (and not possible), but it does happen.

    do some tests and see if the message actually does get removed.
