When user sends a reply voicemail through her PC(via Call Manager), the voicemail remains in the the MS Office Outbox. It does not get sent. Normal email messages continue to be sent just fine.
Employee system is a Dell laptop, Windows XP w\sp3, and Outlook 2007 w\SP2 and ST Personal Call Manager.
Anyone see this before and who do we resolve this?
