    As far as i know it the setting would be on the phone that is used. Or turn down the volume maybe.

    Apparently this is an echo problem. I was able to hear the user attempting to use the webex service and it duplicating each digit due to the echo. Is there any echo cancellation settings for the SoftPhone, if so I can't find one.

    SoftPhone and DTMF

    My SoftPhone users are reporting that DTMF is not working correctly. When they use the SoftPhone to use a service like WebEx and enter the meeting number using the SoftPhone keypad, WebEx always responds that meeting code is invalid. This works from phone a regular phone. Any ideas? Is the CODEC eating the DTMF?
