  • Call Manager - TAPI Client disconnections

    A few times a week the TAPI Client on several clients appears to disconnect. The Personal Call Manager shows that is can not connect to the phone, and you loose a fair amount of functionality. One minute it works fine, the next its disconnected.
    The quick solution has been to go to into Phone & Modem Options and rekey the IP address/Hostname of the ShoreWare Server. That has been working, but it doesn't seem to resolve what makes it happen.

    Anyone have any suggestions as to what would causing this?
