      When you dial 1 to enable follow me the call never connects to the outside number

        1. Users do not have trunk to trunk transfer enabled on their user group.
        2. Carrier rejecting based on callerID

          So to point #1, you actually need to set this permission on the voicemail user group as well as allowing this in the user's COS permissions.
