  • Calls on Hold gets transferred

These users have a button programmed for Monitor Extension. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but wanted to mention it just in case.

When they place a call on hold, after awhile, step away from their desk or take another call, the call gets transferred into their vm. The caller would hear the phone ring then go into the vm of the user they were speaking with if they don't pick up. Any ideas?
    :confused1:

I can't replicate that exact symptom. If you were to park a call and in "Call Control " "Options" there is a setting to ring back set from 1-1000 seconds. If you fail to answer the ringback within your forward to voice mail parameters it will go into the mailbox of the party who iniated the park. To stop this increase the park timeout value or disable
