  • Problem with Call Recording

I have a user that tried to use the Call Record feature today and had an error. The button I programmed on his phone didn't start blinking and displayed an error about the operation not being supported on the switch.

When he ended the call, the recorded call appeared in his voicemail, so it did work.

Director showed three of these messages:
    Switch UL SG-T1K #2: CALL_RECORD_STATUS: TSW_ERR_INVALID_CMD(-5), port=23, req_id=1073906015, req_type=1

Very odd problem. He uses Call Record several times a week and this is the first time its acted up.
