  • Cannot Forward a Voicemail 8.1

    Any ideas why a user is getting this error in call manager 8.1 ?

    I tried forwarding that message to several different extensions and it just will not go through.

    Ideas?

    is the server also running 8.1?

      DUH.. digging into it, i noticed our other admin had it set to always forward calls and that his voicemail box was full.
