    Hello all,

    I have a customer that has came from 7.5 to 9.1 in the last few months. We previously had route points with DNIS entries pointed to them. We had them uniquely named as this place has more than one entity inside of their building. Long story short Shoretel must have removed the ability to have the RP name display in operator call manager, so that is a bummer. Tried moving to to a hunt group, and that only displays on the phone and not in operator call manager. Any ideas would be great.

    You can assign a descriptive name to a DNIS in the mapping table. Is there any reason this does not work for you? It is displayed both on the phone and in call manager.
