  • Used the Call Manager that i can't heard voice of the other side?

    I set the Call manager is softphone, I used it to ring up,,the other side can heard my sound,but i don't hear voice of the other side?

    You need to disable or make an exception in the firewall on your machine. The firewall is blocking the remote inbound audio stream.

      Sorry,,,it' s not OK,,I haved disable the firewall on my machine..but the fault is still there

        The firewall on your companys network is what Palitto was refering to. It could also be a VLAN issue, but something is blocking, and only allowing for a 1 way audio path. Your network admin would need to look at it.

          One-way audio is almost always caused by a firewall or routing issue. Please double-check that the firewall on your machine is disabled, both the one integrated into Windows and any third-party firewall perhaps included in your AV package. Also, on the Advanced tab of Windows Firewall, uncheck your NIC from being protected by the firewall. Reboot and try again.

            Install Wireshark, it's almost always the network.
