    I think your installer may charge you for those self audited licenses.

    Thanks Chris. I saw that but thought my installer told me it would expire after nn days. I guess that was the other type, makes sense now.

    Just set it to Advanced Call Manager. This is a self-audited license and the license is free, so you can set as many as you want.

    Any way to not use Call Manager?

    I have a user offsite who wants a vmail box only on our ShoreTel 7.5 system. When I configure her as a new user and tell Shoretel "mailbox only" and Softswitch, I get a license violation on the type of call manager because it looks like every extension gets a Call Manager license. Consequently I am at max.

    Is there any way to tell the system she's not going to be using Call Manager? I still have 15 mailbox licenses showing.
