Default Action When Pressing Mode Button on Phone

We're using ST 9.1 with 230g phones. When we first installed the system, when a user would press the Mode button on their 230g phone, it would default to "Out of Office" after 5 seconds. Somewhere along the line, it changed to "In a Meeting" as the default.

I've spent quite a bit of time pouring through Director settings and I can't seem to find it. I'm sure it's fairly obvious once you find it, but I'm hoping someone can lead me to a quick answer.

Curious. I think this is something ShoreTel changed in an upgrade perhaps? My 9.1 phones have always done this, and I think the 8.1 phones did as well. I don't know how to change it back.
