  • Area code calling list

I have a user that sent a fax (using a non-Shoretel fax server). The number that should have been dialed was 518-346-xxxx but Shoretel dialed it as 314-518-346x.
314 is our local are code.
I have seen an option for "all area codes" in the Shoreware Director (or something to that effect) but I cannot find that today.
I assume I need to add the 518 area code to the list, once I find that list.

Any help on the option I am looking for? We are using 9.1.

    Thanks!

Most likely what you are looking for is really the check box at the end of the trunk group configuration page where you can select to only dial 7 digits for local area code numbers.
