Need to know how to change the hold time from 3 minutes to something a bit longer - most likely 5 minutes. Maybe indefinately. Users complaining that after 3 minutes, the ShoreTel system will drop the caller after they would put them on hold. This was tested and was true.
I have a ShoreGear 90 version 7.5
Any help would be appreciated as I could not find anything browsing through the ShoreTel Management Screens.
