  • Live Monitoring Tool

    The VB TrunkTest tool is great for monitoring calls going thru PRI's, and CallManager WG Supervisor for workgroup calls, but is there a monitoring tool that can view all calls, including extension to extension calling?

    Does the VBTrunkTest tool only work from the Director server?

    The STML Browser is part of the developers SDK and allows you to see all activity on the system, though I'm not sure if it fits what you want to see.

          How difficult is it to obtain the STML Browser?

            It is a sample application included with ShoreTel's SDK. You would need to sign up to be a development partner, which costs around $1000. Once signed up, you can download the COM SDK, which should have the STML browser with its setup program already compiled.

              Maybe this should be a different post, but does anyone use the Shoreware System monitoring, or possibly Orion?
